For incoming inspection or after the completion of large components, we use measuring and testing methods to determine the quality of the workpiece. These tests are documented in accordance with the relevant standards.
We carry out a wide variety of workpiece, material and dimensional testing for our customers.
With our mobile laser measuring system, we can also perform dimensional checks on components and precisely measure complex contours of large components.
Fully documented and traceable, we achieve the following accuracies with our laser tracker:
Distance measurement in beam direction
Horizontal gauge block measurements (2.3m)
Mobility: simple design, quick and precise measurement, also for several components
Component size: suitable for large components of up to 60 m
- Precision: reliable and precise measurement, also for large dimensions
Leak and pressure tests:
|Test pressure:||up to 1000 bar (depending on the application and regulations)|
|Execution:||by a notified body in case of manufacture according to regulations, alternatively by WEHRLE’s Quality Management Department according to “good engineering practice”|
If necessary, leak and pressure tests for steam boilers and pressure vessels may be carried out by a notified body, e.g. TÜV SÜD.
Non-destructive testing of materials and welds:
