F&N Beverages, one of the largest beverages manufacturers in Malaysia, has chosen WEHRLE and its partner ENVIROSERVE for the upgrade and remodeling of the existing industrial effluent treatment plant on its site in Shah Alam.
At the Institute for Sanitary Engineering, Water Quality and Solid Waste Management of the Stuttgart University, a process for phosphorus recovery from anaerobically stabilised sludge as magnesium-ammonium-phosphate (MAP, Struvit) has been developed together with iat - Ingenieurberatung Stuttgart, an engineering firm. This process is called “the Stuttgart Process for Phosphorus Recovery (“Stuttgarter Verfahren zur Phosphorrückgewinnung”).
L’Oréal has chosen WEHRLE for the turnkey supply of a treatment plant for wastewater reuse at its manufacturing facility in Burgos (Spain). The plant will implement membrane wastewater treatment technology.
In order to promote its further internationalisation, WEHRLE Umwelt started the first business activities on the Polish market in 2010. The objective was to enter into the fields of industrial wastewater treatment and landfill leachate treatment.
STRABAG, with over 74,000 employees and a turnover of around EUR 14 billion per year, one of the largest European construction companies has been assigned with the construction of a hazardous waste landfill and now trusts in WEHRLEs’ know-how for the treatment of the extremely contaminated leachate.
