Gain practical experience in an international working environment

Are you versed in theory and would you like to gain practical experience in an innovative greentech company for a period of 3-6 months? Ideally with exciting and challenging tasks where you can apply the theoretical knowledge from your studies?

As an innovative company, we rely on young talent who bring fresh ideas and have the courage to make a difference – by thinking out of the box. We are looking for committed, motivated and enthusiastic individuals who enjoy technology and are open to challenges. We are always looking for support in the form of internships and theses, especially for the support/implementation of the system commissioning of various projects at home and abroad. In the course of an internship at WEHRLE, you will be involved in the various project phases from conception to implementation, develop independent solutions for technical tasks and offer support in the creation of documents such as specifications, product requirement documents and process descriptions.

You can gain practical experience during your studies with an internship or a thesis. And that is just the beginning. A job during your studies can be the foundation for your future career at WEHRLE, because we value sustainable relationships.

FAQs about university internships and theses

You must be enrolled at a college/university for the entire period in order to be able to do an internship or thesis at WEHRLE.

We generally offer voluntary internships lasting up to 3 months. Longer periods are only possible as part of mandatory university internships or theses.

You can apply at any time as long as the position can be found on our online job platform. If no suitable position is being advertised, you are welcome to submit an unsolicited application for an internship at any time.

Applications can only be submitted online. So that we can get a good overview of your previous experience and achievements, please only submit complete documents.

These include:

  • CV,
  • School leaving certificate,
  • Current overview of grades from your studies,
  • Evidence of practical activities,
  • A current certificate of enrollment
  • as well as, if applicable, information/evidence of the compulsory internship.

For applicants from non-EU/non-EEA countries, a residence permit and, if necessary, a work permit are required. Please also remember to give us information about the desired duration and start of the internship/final thesis.

In the first step, your application will be checked by our human resources department. In the next step, a representative from the department will review your application. If you also meet our expectations here, you will be invited to an interview. The aim of the interview is to find out more about you – professionally and, above all, personally. We will then inform you promptly about your acceptance or rejection.
