Social responsibility
It is a central concern of ours not only to be economically successful, but also to assume responsibility from a social perspective. We feel a deep connection to our local environment in particular and are therefore involved in a variety of ways. As part of the 'Emmendinger Plan' initiative, we are actively involved in the local social dialogue. Through the WEHRLE-WERK Foundation for elderly and nursing care as well as the promotion of school education, we make important social contributions. We also support our community and region by sponsoring public events and projects. We believe our efforts help strengthen the community and improve the lives of those around us. We are aware of our social responsibility and strive to continue to expand our entrepreneurial commitment in the future.
As a family business and GreenTech solution provider, we are active in various future markets. We don't think in quarters, but in generations. This makes our work exciting and sustainable – day after day.

WEHRLE-WERK Foundation for elderly and nursing care
Social responsibility at all levels is a central part of the corporate culture of our family business. The WEHRLE-WERK Foundation, which emerged from the company, has been committed to elderly and nursing assistance for many years with offers in several nursing facilities in the region and in its own neighborhood meeting place. The offers are based on the needs, wishes and sensitivities of young and old people, in coordination with the individual facilities.

Emmendinger Plan
The concept study with the working title “Emmendinger Plan” deals with the upgrading and further development of the WEHRLE-WERK AG company premises around the existing factory halls. In addition to the new construction of the logistics center to further develop the company processes and the outdoor area, current plans also include opening up the factory premises to the city, including green spaces and buildings, in order to accommodate cultural and social institutions.
Promoting school education
A high-quality school education lays the foundation for a successful future. That's why we are committed to supporting the development of young people in the region in various ways. We place a focus on promoting MINT learning content (mathematics, computer science, natural sciences and technology). Our goal is to inspire young people for MINT careers. We offer the opportunity to get to know our work in various formats, such as Kids Day or company tours for school classes.
