Tips and tricks for the right application

Would you like to apply for a job at WEHRLE, but don't know exactly how to proceed? In the following you will find everything you need to know about the application process at WEHRLE as well as assistance with your application.

Your application via our job portal

Select a position that interests you from our job portal or send us an unsolicited application. Please use the convenient, fast and uncomplicated online application option for your application.

Enter all the required data in our online portal, upload your application documents in PDF format and submit your application. We do not need cover letters or certificates of participation in further training courses. A detailed curriculum vitae as well as work references and, if applicable, the certificate of your highest school-leaving qualification are sufficient. You are also welcome to send us any other documents relevant to the position.


Confirmation email & access to the application portal

Once we have received your application, you will receive a confirmation email with your access data. Our online portal gives you an overview of the current status of your application at any time. You can also set up a job alert or use your existing data to apply for other jobs as required.

Examination of your application documents & 1st interview

The HR and specialist departments will check your application. If we assess your application positively, we will invite you to an initial interview, either at our premises, online or by telephone, to get to know you personally.

2nd interview, company tour & taster day

If we have both gained a positive impression in this interview, we will get to know each other even better in a second interview. We will give you a tour of our company and you will have the opportunity to meet potential future colleagues. The next step is to invite you to a taster day, where you can find out more about the requirements of the position and we can get an even better picture of your personality and skills.

We would like to get to know you during the interviews and get an idea of your personal and professional skills. The interviews offer you the opportunity to find out whether we are the right company for you. Our request: Be open and authentic. This is the only way we can find out whether we are a good match.

Decision & contract offer

We will make our final decision shortly after the interviews. If we decide to work together, you will receive a draft contract.


If the vacancies continue to be advertised on the homepage then they are up to date.

You can apply for as long as the position is advertised. There is no fixed application deadline.

Be brave. We will be happy to look at your suitability and give you feedback

Following the acceptance or rejection, your application data is stored for six months and then deleted (including all attachments). You can have your application deleted at any time, even before the six months have expired. Please contact us in this regard.

Please apply exclusively via the online application portal. This enables us to process your application as quickly as possible and you can also be sure that all the relevant information has been enclosed with your application. We also refrain from accepting applications by other means for data protection reasons.

Yes, you can submit a speculative application in the job portal at any time

After you have sent your application, you will receive an automatic confirmation of receipt by email within a few minutes

  • Show yourself as you are
  • Think about what information you are missing in order to get a complete picture of WEHRLE and your future role. The aim is to get to know each other and clarify any unanswered questions. Of course, you can take relevant documents with you to the interview and take notes during the interview.

  • 60 – 90 min
  • Second interview approx. 2-3 hours
  • If we invite you to a trial day, please plan for half a day to a day. We will clarify the details together in advance. 

  • Please check whether you meet the technical requirements to take part in the online appointment (network connection, program access, link) before starting the call. 
  • Create a quiet environment in which you feel comfortable and can talk to us undisturbed
