SIEE POLLUTEC ALGIERS-ALGERIA EXHIBITION
WEHRLE Umwelt impressed at SIEE Pollutec Algiers (International Exhibition of Water Equipment, Technologies and Services, 11 to 14 February 2019) as the only international plant construction company for the treatment of leachate and industrial effluents. SIEE Pollutec Algiers (www.siee-pollutec.com) is the most famous Algerian fair (having celebrated its 15th edition this year) bringing together all players in the field of technologies and services for water management and treatment.
At our stand, we welcomed many visitors from companies, engineering offices, public bodies, Algerian ministries and agencies of water services, consultants, academics as well as students and job seekers, with whom our stand team had interesting conversations and presented WEHRLE's technologies and solutions for industrial wastewater and landfill leachate treatment, such as our high-performance BIOMEMBRAT® membrane bioreactor (MBR), reverse osmosis (RO) and nanofiltration (NF) as well as our engineering, installation, commissioning, plant optimisation services, etc.
At SIEE Pollutec, we had the honour of concluding our collaboration with the Algerian company Mecheri by signing a contract for the supply of six leachate treatment units for the Bejaia, Jijel, Tizi ouzou, Batna, Khenchla and M'sila landfills with containerized two-stage reverse osmosis systems with a capacity of 80 m³/d effective permeate each.
